Processing Times

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. As each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for manufacturing. If you require expedited manufacturing, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

United Kingdom Orders

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with full tracking. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking details for reference.

International Orders

For destinations outside the UK, we use DHL delivery services. All international shipments include full tracking and insurance. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

We offer worldwide shipping to all destinations through our trusted shipping partners.

Customs & Import Duties

For international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for all customs and import duties. Additional fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations. Moca Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid customs fees, or parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges. No refunds will be issued for parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
